Your MasterCard® Debit Card can be used to purchase prescriptions at any of our member pharmacies, thus making your next prescription purchase even more convenient! Follow these simple steps when picking up your next prescription at one of our member pharmacies:

• Step 1 – Review the member pharmacy list and select a pharmacy for your next prescription purchase.
• Step 2 – Give the pharmacy your AXIS MasterCard® Debit Card as your form of payment for your prescription. Make sure they run it as a "credit", not a “debit".
• Step 3 – For our substantiation purposes, retain a copy of your pharmacy receipt. This receipt must include the recipient’s name, date, amount paid and name of drug purchased.

Please note you may purchase prescription items only at these member pharmacies. You can not purchase over-the-counter items. If you attempt to purchase anything besides a prescription item, your entire purchase will be denied.

Due to IIAS compliance constraints, all over-the-counter purchases must be paid with out-of-pocket funds and submitted to AXIS for reimbursement.

Please be aware that you may always submit a claim form for pharmacy reimbursement, or any other eligible expense under the FlexAccount.
